Ordering
We want to make purchasing your Shaker Style furniture piece as pleasant and informative an experience as possible. We welcome questions. Orders may be placed by mail, phone, fax or in our showroom and can be paid by check, credit card or cash. We will send you written confirmation by post or email when you place an order to ensure all the information is correct.
Delivery & Payment
With the exception of some accent items, our furniture is built on request. Heirloom Collection furniture may take up to 10 weeks to complete and require a 50% deposit to initiate your order, with the balance plus shipping due on completion. Signature Collection furniture can take up to 6 months to complete. Signature Collection items require a 1/3 deposit to place the item(s) into Stephen's shop schedule. A second payment is due halfway through, with the balance plus shipping due on completion. We will gladly quote delivery charges for any item in our catalog.
Completion Times
Upon receiving your order, we’ll give you an estimated completion time. This date is not exact. We feel that quality is much more important than speed in building your fine furnishings.
We reserve the right to make construction changes to incorporate improvements at any time without notice. However, we will not change the appearance of your piece without your approval.
